Pre-Care Instructions: To achieve the best healed results, please follow these instructions before your appointment. Who Should Not Receive Ombre Powder Brow Microblading is not recommended if you have any of the following: Insulin-dependent diabetes (unless approved by your physician) Epilepsy HIV/AIDS or other serious viral infections Active illness, infection, fever, or inflammation Alcohol or drug dependency Bleeding disorders or hemophilia Known allergy to permanent makeup pigments (a patch test is recommended if you have concerns) ⸻ Before Your Appointment 48 Hours Before Avoid alcohol. Avoid all caffeine, including coffee, tea, energy drinks, and decaffeinated coffee or tea. Do not take aspirin, ibuprofen (Advil/Motrin), or other blood-thinning pain relievers unless prescribed by your doctor. 1 Week Before Stop taking fish oil, vitamin E, and other natural blood-thinning supplements (unless directed by your physician). Do not wax, thread, or tint your eyebrows. The more natural brow hair you have, the better. 2 Weeks Before Avoid excessive sun exposure, sunburns, and tanning. 4–6 Weeks Before Discontinue Retin-A (Retinol), chemical peels, laser treatments, microdermabrasion, AHA/BHA acids, and other exfoliating or skin-brightening products in the brow area. 1 Month Before Avoid Botox or dermal fillers in the forehead, temple, or eye area if you do not receive injectables regularly. ⸻ Additional Information You may experience increased sensitivity during your menstrual cycle. Please arrive with clean skin and no makeup on your brow area.Eat a light meal before your appointment. Stay well hydrated. ⸻ Important Following these pre-care instructions helps minimize bleeding, improves pigment retention, and promotes better healing results. If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking prescription medications, please consult your physician before booking your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to us and it is reserved especially for you. We realize that there are can be some unexpected things that can come up in our lives. While truly sympathetic, when a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen by our staffs. In fairness to all clients as well as the staffs, this policy is in effect regardless of the reason for the cancellation. Glow Day Spa has a minimum 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. If an appointment is missed, canceled or changed with less than 24 hours notice, the client will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00 of the service charge for sessions greater than 2 hours.
